Prior to completing your order, we kindly request that you verify the accuracy of all provided information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, and credit card details. Please be advised that we cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising from incorrect address input.

Subscription Cancellations
To cancel your subscription, you must do it directly through your Recharge account. Cancellations can only be done after a 3 month commitment and must be done prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Refund Policy
Should you find our product unsatisfactory after trying it, kindly contact us within 30 days of your delivery date. We will assist you in determining the most appropriate course of action. While we cannot assure a refund for products that have been shipped, opened, or used, we are committed to collaborating with you to identify the optimal resolution.
