SHIPPING
When will my order ship out?
Orders will ship up to 10 business days after your purchase, unless otherwise noted. This does not include the shipping transit time from the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
What are the fees on international orders?
International orders will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Unfortunately, these duties vary from country to country, therefore we are unable to determine what the charges might be.
For additional information, you may wish to contact your local customs office to get an idea of what these charges may be before placing your order. Please note, the transit time for international orders is typically 10-14 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final; however, you may return an item for store credit, which you may use towards purchasing a replacement order. Please request a return within 14 days from the date your order is received.
Item(s) must be unused, in their original condition with tag(s) attached.
Shoes must be returned in original box.
Please initiate a return through the portal here. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen, and neutralizes the carbon footprint associated with your order with a certified carbon removal project.
If Route is not added or removed from the cart - 4Hunnid is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages.

Once an order is confirmed in our system, we are unable to make changes. Incorrect addresses will ship to address provided, and changes must be made with carrier company directly.
